PKG Process Support Engineer

Support customers and internal R&D by guiding semiconductor process equipment through its lifecycle—from installations and system diagnoses to service and repair. Develop leading-edge processes for advanced chip manufacturing, including creating hypotheses and running design of experiments (DOE), analyzing statistical data, and producing technical reports. Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve difficult process and product problems while partnering closely with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
