Key Responsibilities

  • •Define operational schedules, priorities, goals, and coordinate with functional management to achieve production repair requirements.
  • •Work with product team engineers, item repair managers, quality managers, procurement, and others to drive repair delivery performance to engine program metrics.
  • •Partner with delivery assurance teams, contracting, US Air Force customers, DCMA, and others to identify and implement improvements to component/item repair processing.
  • •Track and report daily product delivery TAKT, Flow, and Yield results; communicate repair process flow issues to stakeholders.
  • •Ensure compliance with operating procedures and work instructions, including compliance with USAF contracts; perform scheduling, planning, and reporting in support of the production forecast.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of turbine engine maintenance, repair, or overhaul component repair business operations experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of similar experience.
  • •Must be a U.S. Citizen to access restricted systems/tools.
  • •Experience driving repair delivery performance in a production-focused environment.
  • •Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and related tools for repair operations.
  • •Understanding of ITC, DCMA, and contracts is preferred.
