Senior Finance Manager (Fashion, Watches, and Jewelry)

Serve as the strategic finance partner for a Fashion & Jewelry joint venture portfolio, working with executive management and brand/joint venture leadership to drive profitable growth, support investments, and enhance shareholder value. Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning, perform variance analysis, and translate results into actionable insights. Build financial models for JV opportunities, business development, store investments, and valuation/M&A scenarios while ensuring strong governance and reporting.
