Key Responsibilities

•New Product Testing and Delivery: Execute the new product SOV testing phase, support and execute pre-production samples, and handover packages that meet established criteria; manage the D testing phase to ensure timely launch to mass production and handover packages that meet criteria.
•Product Master Optimization: Collaborate with the team to design and optimize Product Master sprue for quality and suitability in mass production.
•Process Optimization: Define parameters, process routing, and tooling for new products based on testing results, representing a mass production process; manage hanging, parameters, consumption and plating programs for new products.
•Work Instruction and Monitoring: Provide work instructions and training for mass production; monitor, track, investigate, and improve new product testing processes to achieve targets.
•Information Summary and Handover: Collect and summarize information and testing results; ensure alignment and handover to Production ready for mass production.

Key Requirements

•New product testing and delivery capabilities to support pre-production samples and handover packages that meet criteria.
•Ability to design and optimize the Product Master sprue for mass production, ensuring quality and suitability.
•Experience in defining parameters, process routing, and tooling for new products for mass production.
•Capability to develop and provide work instructions and training for mass production.
•Skill in capturing standard time and verifying BOM accuracy for material planning and master data preparation.
