Job Summary

Drive the digital performance for the DACH region from our Hamburg office by planning and executing commercial activities (promotions, product launches, campaigns), optimizing website experiences with eCommerce tools, and delivering data-driven insights to support regional growth. You’ll analyze performance, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure high-quality implementation across SFCC, CMS, and PIM.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and implement commercial activities in the DACH region (promotions, product launches, and campaign activations) and ensure seamless execution across channels
•Identify local growth opportunities within the DACH market and translate them into actionable initiatives
•Use and optimize advanced features in SFCC, CMS and PIM to ensure accurate, high-quality online experiences
•Identify technical issues and coordinate with IT or external partners to maintain platform stability
•Perform performance analyses, create regular/ad-hoc reports and dashboards, and present insights to stakeholders across markets

Key Requirements

•Strong commercial understanding with practical experience in the digital environment and the ability to set priorities in a dynamic setting
•Experience with digital commerce platforms and a working knowledge of eCommerce tools
•Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
•Ability to work independently and manage own topics end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
•Proficiency with platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), CMS and PIM
