Job Summary

Provide customer-facing service for Philips CT and Ultrasound medical equipment across the Brisbane region and surrounding areas. You will perform corrective and preventative maintenance, commissioning and installation, and software/hardware upgrades, while managing technical escalations to resolution. The role also includes supporting customers throughout the relationship lifecycle with expert technical advice, staying current on new technologies through training, and supporting installations and repairs to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver corrective and preventative maintenance, commissioning and installation, and software/hardware upgrades for CT and Ultrasound equipment.
•Provide expert technical support throughout the customer relationship lifecycle, from pre-sales through implementation and post-sales support.
•Lead and manage technical escalations through to resolution, keeping stakeholders updated per company process.
•Determine cost-effective repair/solution approaches to minimize customer downtime.
•Maintain technical knowledge through ongoing training and stay current on new technologies; perform on-call and additional hours as needed.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering roles, with desirable familiarity with CT and/or Ultrasound.
•Hold a Restricted Electrical License or be able to obtain it within six months of starting.
•Have degree-level education or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Australian Defense Force engineering experience in related specializations.
•Strong IT skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Hold a full AU drivers license and have Australian working rights.
