Job Summary

Sales Support in Japan within the Japan Retail Sales, Distribution AP. Responsible for creating and ensuring correctness of documents provided by the outsourcing service provider for AGI Japan, and for client service support related to public funds and sub-advisory businesses. You will handle fund documentation, regulatory filings via EDINET, RFI/RFP/KYC communications, and on/off-boarding tasks in a fast-paced asset management context.

Key Responsibilities

•Fund documentation for Retail Public Funds: Create and file materials (EDINET) including fund registration statements, fund reports, interim-financial reports, extraordinary reports, prospectuses, and trust deeds.
•Client service support for public and sub-advisory businesses: Prepare regular reports for existing clients and deliver/regulatory communications (RFI, RFP, KYC, regulatory changes, new product launches).
•On/Off-boarding: Execute, monitor and complete onboarding/offboarding procedures.
•Collaborate with the outsourcing provider to ensure documents are accurate, complete, and timely.
•Maintain accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines and contribute as a team member.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a focus on investments.
