Own end-to-end customer engagement for the Agentforce value journey—from identifying use cases through commit, deployment, and measurable adoption. Define each customer’s agentic AI strategy and roadmap, architect solutions across Agentforce, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems, and oversee pod execution with governance and quality standards. Lead adoption and expansion metrics post-deployment, manage C-suite stakeholders, and feed field insights back into Salesforce’s engineering and product teams.
