Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end Finance & Tax process delivery for Pernod Ricard’s LEAP ERP transformation on SAP S/4HANA. Design FI processes, translate requirements into functional specs and configurations, and perform hands-on SAP FI customizing across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets and tax/DRC topics. Own testing, defect management, data migration, cutover readiness, and stabilization, while collaborating closely with business, IT, developers, and system integrators.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and refine Finance (FI) processes in SAP S/4HANA, translating business requirements into functional specifications and configurations while aligning with the global template.
•Perform hands-on SAP FI configuration/customizing, including core areas (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets), tax (including DRC-related topics), and Treasury process integrations (e.g., Kyriba).
•Prepare and execute testing (unit, integration, UAT), define test scripts and data preparation, manage defects, and support business adoption.
•Support data migration activities and cutover preparation/execution, ensuring FI readiness for go-live.
•Contribute to deployment, stabilization, and industrialization (hypercare, issue resolution, repeatable approaches, documentation, and best practices) while coordinating delivery and risk mitigation with business, IT, and system integrators.

•5–10 years of experience in SAP Finance.

•Experience across the full project lifecycle, including design, build, test, and deploy.
