Senior Manager, Data Science

Lead and manage a team building and maintaining production machine learning, NLP, and GenAI models for the Visa Post Purchase Platform, which powers network-level disputes and chargebacks. Drive data-quality and governance practices, develop tooling for efficient model retuning and data extraction, and advise on technical specifications with cross-functional partners. Own SQL-based dashboards from the internal data warehouse, identify trends to guide platform updates, and develop new data products and ad-hoc analyses for internal stakeholders.
