Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive complex risk governance projects independently, define the safety operations roadmap, set success metrics, and develop and execute action plans.
  • •Design, implement, and optimize risk governance strategies for the recommendation phase (e.g., feed distribution) while balancing safety interventions with creator experience.
  • •Use data analysis to monitor operational health, identify emerging risks, and conduct deep dives into creator appeal false positives to iterate on distribution rules and policies.
  • •Partner with Recommendation Algorithm, Product, and Policy to operationalize new safety initiatives, manage escalations, and protect authentic creators from over-enforcement.

Key Requirements
