Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the vision for GTM intelligence infrastructure, providing leadership timely signals on pipeline health, retention risk, expansion opportunity, and market position.
  • •Translate data across CRM, marketing automation, product usage, and financial systems into curated insight products including dashboards, briefings, alerts, and AI-generated summaries.
  • •Own deployment and organizational change management for an AI agent platform across GTM, including prioritizing the use case roadmap and creating safe, repeatable governance.
  • •Serve as a senior thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leaders to bridge business questions with intelligence products.
  • •Build and lead a high-performing team of GTM Engineers, setting standards for analytical rigor, communication quality, and AI fluency.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, business intelligence, or GTM operations, with ownership of insight products consumed by senior leadership.
