Job Summary

Lead the Revenue Operations team’s GTM intelligence transformation by defining and executing the vision for an AI-powered data infrastructure. Own AI agent deployment and governance across GTM, partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, and build a high-performing GTM engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the vision for GTM intelligence infrastructure, providing leadership timely signals on pipeline health, retention risk, expansion opportunity, and market position.
•Translate data across CRM, marketing automation, product usage, and financial systems into curated insight products including dashboards, briefings, alerts, and AI-generated summaries.
•Own deployment and organizational change management for an AI agent platform across GTM, including prioritizing the use case roadmap and creating safe, repeatable governance.
•Serve as a senior thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leaders to bridge business questions with intelligence products.
•Build and lead a high-performing team of GTM Engineers, setting standards for analytical rigor, communication quality, and AI fluency.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated ability to translate data into decisions by building solutions that change how leaders act.
