Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, monitor, and update the owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • •Establish schedule management program deliverables for large scale capital programs.
  • •Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for project team approval.
  • •Consolidate contractor schedules into the IMS and assess impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities.
  • •Apply EVM methodology, monitor schedule deviations and variances, and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis.
