Key Responsibilities

•To assist the sales team in driving total hotel revenue and take responsibility for the achievement of budgeted revenue.
•To attend and be fully prepared for the sales meetings, through guidance of the team, and other sales related meetings as required by the Director of Sales.
•To arrange and manage familiarisation trips and site visits with clients, company colleagues and/or team members.
•To plan and attend trade fairs, ensuring that the quality image of the organisation is portrayed and opportunities are taken to promote the Hotel.
•To plan and attend sales weeks with local partner DMCs and other hotels both locally and internationally.

Key Requirements

•2-3 years experience in luxury hotel sales; Irish market experience valued.
•Must currently have the right to work in Ireland/EU.
•Proven ability to develop corporate, group and events business and manage key accounts.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships.
•Experience planning and coordinating sales activities, trade fairs, and marketing projects.
