Field Technician (Mechanic)

Maintain and repair heavy rental and customer equipment, including complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems, while using EquipmentShare’s technology to create work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues. Work onsite at the Madera yard with an established Monday–Friday schedule plus on-call coverage, overtime after 40 hours, and opportunities for OEM training and assisting lower-level technicians.
