Safeguard Sephora’s assets while helping maintain a safe, inclusive environment for clients and employees. Work closely with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager to implement safety and shrink strategies, maintain strong store presence on the selling floor, monitor activity using CCTV and reporting tools, and respond professionally to incidents. Lead training and audits, ensure compliance with asset protection policies and licensing requirements, and support additional locations as needed.
