Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor to perform day-of-show duties
  • •Respond to elevated staff/guest inquiries and address concerns related to security, VIP/program amenities, and seat upgrades
  • •Follow venue opening/running/closing procedures and communicate standard operating procedures to the team
  • •Lead pre-shift meetings and relay information from management to staff
  • •Complete incident reports, collect witness statements, assist with ejection logs, and escalate issues with the M.O.D.

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or state equivalent
  • •Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations, responsible alcohol service, and guest relations
  • •Skills in guest relations and staff relations, including assessing and anticipating guests’ special needs
  • •Ability to prioritize duties and communicate effectively
  • •High School Diploma required
