PT Operations Supervisor- St Andrews Hall

Supervise day-of-show operations for a high-volume live venue by partnering with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor. Handle elevated guest and staff inquiries, resolve security/customer-service concerns, and ensure service standards are met through coordination with Security and Guest Services. Lead pre-shift meetings, maintain line-of-sight and back-of-house security, support special events, and complete incident and ejection documentation while ensuring responsible alcohol service.
