Key Responsibilities

•Lead the successful delivery of small to medium scale transformation/real estate programmes, and own execution of functions/elements of large-scale programmes, ensuring measurable benefits.
•Establish and drive the direction of the programme, empowering and inspiring teams to achieve success.
•Apply industry best practice programme management methodologies, preferably in a real estate environment.
•Operate across middle management and senior levels, engaging client-side senior managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
•Act as a first-class people manager, nurturing both internal talent and client teams, while ensuring governance, risk management, financial reporting and health and safety across the programme.

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of portfolio/programme management requirements and how it relates to real estate
•Proven ability to work in portfolio/programme management processes and systems
•Awareness/experience of procurement methods and forms of contract
•Excellent communication skills, in person and written
•Degree / Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
