Wastewater Operator

Operate, monitor, and maintain wastewater treatment equipment, pumps, valves, and control systems to keep treatment processes running properly. Conduct routine inspections, collect and analyze wastewater samples, and record data to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Adjust chemical feeds and flows, maintain accurate logs and documentation, troubleshoot mechanical/operational issues, and support preventive maintenance. Follow safety procedures and be available for after-hours or emergency call-outs.
