Key Responsibilities

  • •Define product scope for areas of the Artisan platform and align with engineering and design on roadmap and delivery.
  • •Prototyping and hands-on experimentation to validate concepts, then hand off to design/engineering as needed.
  • •Synthesize signals from support tickets, sales conversations, usage data, and customer feedback to inform what we build next.
  • •Create comprehensive PRDs for design and engineering using Claude, and coordinate through to implementation.
  • •Own product documentation, adoption metrics, and product marketing related to features you build.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually
