Job Summary

Account Executive I in Boston drives client relationships, renewals, and profitability for aon’s commercial risk accounts. Key Responsibilities

•Retain and grow Aon’s business by cultivating relationships with senior client decision-makers and day-to-day contacts.
•Lead renewal processes and assemble the appropriate team to develop and implement renewal strategies.
•Coordinate with brokers to develop and deliver renewal strategies and facilitate relationships between clients, ARS, and insurers.
•Ensure client service teams understand needs, service delivery methods, and the economic framework of services delivered; lead stewardship planning and delivery.
•Manage invoicing and receivables for assigned clients and participate in cross-geographic, cross-functional opportunities to grow the business.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of appropriate risk insurance experience coupled with account management experience.
•Ability to handle large, sophisticated, multi-national clients.
•Strong sales skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Active Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain after hire.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
