Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise data solutions across the full lifecycle, from requirements to deployment and support. Define technical architecture and delivery plans while driving data quality, governance, lineage, and security. Partner with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and IT to deliver reliable data products, oversee agile delivery and release management, and mentor a high-performing data engineering team using modern cloud platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, reusable data pipelines and data products.
•Translate business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders and analytics teams.
•Define scope, milestones, and deliverables aligned with strategic business priorities.
•Establish engineering best practices, including modular design, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
•Manage end-to-end delivery using agile or hybrid methodologies, including release management, quality/governance, and mentoring the data engineering team.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 10 years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or analytics delivery.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience leading technical teams or data engineering functions.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.
•Strong expertise in data warehousing concepts, SQL, and data modeling.
•Experience delivering large-scale, enterprise data initiatives in complex cross-functional environments.
