Support Search Operations by manually evaluating search queries and results to reflect real user experience. Perform daily quality inspections, audit internal systems, analyze errors, and run root cause analysis for labelling projects. Monitor agent quality and project data, prepare reports for stakeholders, and localize policy guidelines. Deliver classroom/virtual training to new joiners and help set up product knowledge tests to improve team knowledge, while handling possible exposure to harmful content.
