Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the company-wide integrations roadmap and lead technical design decisions with engineering.
  • •Identify manual work in Deployments and automate it with high-quality output to reduce time-to-live.
  • •Translate union contracts and workplace regulations into precise, testable product requirements that work across customers.
  • •Partner with customers during implementation onsite to gather learnings that inform product decisions.
  • •Define what “configurable” means (config surfaces, mapping tools, workflow primitives) so variation is handled by setup, not custom code.

  • •PM an engineering team through messy third-party enterprise integrations, understanding the integration itself.
  • •Have talked with customers during implementation when things were going wrong, in their environment.
  • •Prioritize a roadmap against live go-to-market pressure and hold the line on what the right build is.
  • •Have built this at a startup where the system you were creating didn’t exist yet.
