Job Summary

Lead production/manufacturing operations for the Longueuil site by planning and managing day-to-day functions within your business sector. Manage and develop high-performance teams, ensure safe working conditions, deliver on-time results, and maintain product quality. Drive continuous improvement through CORE principles and Lean Manufacturing, coordinate operations transformation initiatives, and strengthen labor relations and stakeholder partnerships to meet and exceed business objectives.
