Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit, document, validate, and manage business and technical requirements across the delivery lifecycle.
  • •Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process models.
  • •Lead discovery activities (workshops, interviews, alignment sessions), perform gap/feasibility/impact analysis, and maintain requirement traceability to business outcomes.
  • •Support UAT planning and execution, including defect management and validation activities, within Agile ceremonies and environments.
  • •Communicate complex technical concepts and strategic options, drive initiatives through delivery, support vendor/partner engagement, and contribute to governance and adoption/change readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst within digital or technology-led environments.
  • •Strong experience with strategy analysis, requirements lifecycle management, solution design, and benefits evaluation for digital transformation delivery.
  • •Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative delivery practices in complex matrix organisations.
  • •Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Visio, plus working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • •Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and cloud platforms including Azure and AWS; SC clearance (or willingness to obtain it).
