Key Responsibilities

•Shape and execute the strategy for Mashreq Bank’s next-generation technology platforms.
•Oversee a global team of ~80 professionals across the UAE, India, Pakistan, and Egypt responsible for the design, engineering, and operational management of cloud, virtualization, and AI/GPU platforms.
•Ensure robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions that support business growth and innovation, through governance, risk management, and best practices.
•Lead cross-functional collaboration with business units to drive the bank’s digital transformation agenda and platform modernization.
•Provide strategic direction and oversight to maintain platform reliability, performance, and security across on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading large, global technology teams (80+ professionals) across multiple regions.
•Expertise in design, engineering, and operations of public and hybrid cloud environments, virtualization platforms, and AI/GPU platforms.
•Proven track record of driving digital transformation and delivering scalable, secure technology solutions.
•Strong strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration across regions (UAE, India, Pakistan, Egypt).
•Ability to translate business needs into technology strategy and implementation plans.
