Job Summary

Support the Business Operations team by helping optimize business processes and keeping operations running smoothly. Assist with maintaining inventory and sales reports, supporting customer complaint and damage/loss administrative workflows, and organizing monthly meeting materials and follow-ups. Help manage business document workflows (including e-sign seal requests for agreements and credentials) and support internal communication and employee club activities. This internship is based in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Business Operations team in optimizing business processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
•Maintain inventory and sales reports, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness to support regional sales strategies.
•Provide administrative support for customer complaint and damage/loss processes, including information collection and support for after-sales closed-loop management.
•Support monthly meeting organization and minutes preparation, and follow up on execution of related decisions.
•Assist with business workflow and compliance tasks such as e-sign seal requests for business letters, qualifications, and agreement documents.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled with a Bachelor’s degree or above (major not restricted; English, international trade, business administration, or medical-related fields preferred).
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (basic data organization) and PowerPoint.
•Good English reading and writing skills to read basic English emails and operation guides.
•Strong attention to detail and sensitivity to data and processes; able to handle detailed tasks patiently.
•Positive personality and good teamwork/collaboration skills.
