Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and drive improvements to production outcomes.
  • •Coach and develop assigned team members; provide feedback and performance management.
  • •Review and approve incoming inventory defects and lead decisions to repair or reject based on estimated repair cost and vehicle quality.
  • •Train production associates on Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time, reducing re-checks and delays.
