Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as internal subject matter expert on child safety and set standards, definitions, and escalation thresholds for CSAM/CSEM and CSEA.
  • •Own end-to-end child safety evaluation and review workflows, including task routing, queue management, QA, escalation handling, and SLA monitoring.
  • •Partner with Safety research and engineering teams to create automated evaluations and improve detection models and hash-matching enforcement systems.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for review partners, including onboarding, training, calibration, and ongoing support.
  • •Coordinate external child safety reporting obligations (e.g., NCMEC) and keep workflows aligned with evolving legal frameworks and enforcement best practices.

Key Requirements
