Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-level technical support to customers operating Pratt & Whitney Canada engines.
  • •Support urgent Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations to return aircraft to service as quickly as possible.
  • •Diagnose complex engine and maintenance problems with customers and internal experts; perform root-cause analysis and recommend effective corrective actions.
  • •Coordinate interventions with engineering, logistics, supply chain, field support, and other specialists to deliver timely, aligned solutions.
  • •Manage customer cases from intake to resolution in the CRM, ensuring fast communication, technical accuracy, and a high-quality customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician/Mechanic (TEA/AME) in aircraft maintenance, engine assembly, inspection, testing, or a related aviation field.
  • •OR a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering with relevant aviation-sector experience.
  • •Strong problem-solving, analysis, and root-cause investigation skills for complex technical issues.
  • •Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence technical discussions across multiple disciplines.
  • •Comfort learning new technologies and using digital tools; strong knowledge of gas turbine engines and aircraft systems; process improvement and technical documentation experience are an asset.
