Key Responsibilities

  • •Support pre-validation builds, pre-production activities, and Start of Production (SOP) launches for new vehicle programs and exterior product changes.
  • •Evaluate Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) for implementation timing, material availability, manufacturing impact, system readiness, and operational feasibility.
  • •Create, maintain, validate, and manage Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOMs) to ensure accurate production execution.
  • •Coordinate launch execution across Engineering, Manufacturing, Material Planning, Logistics, Production Control, Quality, Supplier Industrialization, and Operations.
  • •Manage Touch to Check (TTC) activities and track material/system readiness; identify launch risks, drive action plans, communicate stakeholder status updates, and support continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/manufacturing/industrial/automotive-related field.
  • •Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing engineering, program launch, change management, or MBOM management.
  • •Working knowledge of MBOM structures and engineering change management processes.
  • •Ability to assess risks, prioritize actions, and drive issue resolution across priorities and milestones.
  • •Strong project management, organization, and communication skills; ability to read/write/speak English for work instructions and communications.
