Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
  • •Ensure accurate application of US GAAP, especially around fixed assets and leases
  • •Partner with lab ops, procurement, and other departments on fixed asset and lease workflows, tracking, and accounting
  • •Support audits and compliance efforts, including preparation of schedules and coordination with external auditors
  • •Drive improvements in accounting systems and processes (e.g., ERP optimization, automation of reconciliations)

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 88,000 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •CPA license
  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • •4+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in public accounting or a high-growth tech/life sciences company
  • •Strong knowledge of US GAAP
  • •Experience with accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar ERP)
  • •Advanced Excel skills and a high degree of attention to detail
