Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate across library teams to design, implement, validate, and deliver GPU library capabilities with successful integration into broader systems.
  • •Provide significant technical input to the software roadmap and contribute to architecture, design, and documentation efforts as needed.
  • •Develop best technical designs and approaches that consider constraints, performance, and delivery commitments; execute and report progress against project plans.
  • •Proactively identify gaps and inconsistencies in project scope and develop remediation plans with library owners and engineering principal colleagues.
  • •Engage in mentorship with senior and principal staff and champion internal best practices within an agile software development lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience enabling software on GPUs and working across abstraction layers, from architecture concepts through implementation and debugging.
  • •Hands-on experience with C++ and applied experience with CUDA, HIP, OpenMP, MPI, or OpenCL for accelerated computing.
  • •Experience contributing to technical and high-performance software systems with continuous improvement, regression/performance management, and deployment/orchestration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • •Experience with open-source software development, including collaborating with maintainers and submitting contributions.
  • •Knowledge of professional software engineering practices across the full SDLC, including requirements, scoping/estimation, coding standards, code reviews, version control, build processes, testing, and continuous integration.
