Clinical Nurse 1 (QA)

Provide effective, safe nursing care for a defined group of patients and families, planning and delivering care under a preceptor while following QCHP Nursing/Midwifery frameworks. Ensure quality by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring outcomes, and meeting Joint Commission International and Plan of Care policy requirements. Conduct patient assessments, deliver direct/indirect care (including medications and therapeutic agents), perform procedures, document in the electronic medical record, and coordinate with healthcare teams to maintain patient safety.
