Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements for GTM/sales transactions in India, including enterprise customer contracts.
  • •Partner with sales, business development, and operations teams to design and implement go-to-market strategies.
  • •Monitor and interpret evolving legal and regulatory developments (data protection, technology, AI frameworks) and apply insights to drafting and risk assessment.
  • •Develop, maintain, and localize contract templates, playbooks, and policies to reflect regional requirements and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree and qualification to practice law in India.
  • •7+ years of relevant post-qualification legal experience (in-house experience in technology or SaaS strongly preferred).

  • •Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, data protection, and intellectual property.
  • •Experience advising on privacy, cybersecurity, and cross-border data transfer issues.
