Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete complex and standardized client transactions accurately while maintaining proper records and handling assigned monies.
  • •Deliver client education on digital/self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calling, checking for client offers, identifying needs/opportunities, and referring clients to the appropriate branch members or specialists.
  • •Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) principles to deliver Truist expertise and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies to remain compliant with current guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • •Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.

  • •Ability to master PC keyboard and branch automation software skills and demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications (including Microsoft Office).
