Job Summary

Lead talent development and culture programs for Evergreen & Emerging brands and Match Group Central within the company’s Talent & Culture team. Partner with People Business Partners and leaders to design, deliver, and scale learning, leadership development, career pathways, and engagement action planning. Localize enterprise talent initiatives to brand needs, build inclusive experiences with ERGs, and use engagement and talent review feedback to measure impact and continuously evolve programs.

•Lead learning and development strategy for Evergreen & Emerging and Match Group Central, identifying priority skills and building targeted solutions.
•Co-create and deliver leadership development and team effectiveness sessions, including leadership offsites.
•Revamp internal career pathways and job ladders and embed career frameworks into development conversations and talent reviews.
•Embed company values into talent programs, onboarding, leadership development, recognition, and inclusive ERG experiences.
•Use engagement surveys, talent reviews, and pulse data to evolve programs, measure effectiveness, and report impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,500 - 150,500 annually

•Familiarity with performance management cycles and engagement survey design or follow-through.
