  • •Lead learning and development strategy for Evergreen & Emerging and Match Group Central, identifying priority skills and building targeted solutions.
  • •Co-create and deliver leadership development and team effectiveness sessions, including leadership offsites.
  • •Revamp internal career pathways and job ladders and embed career frameworks into development conversations and talent reviews.
  • •Embed company values into talent programs, onboarding, leadership development, recognition, and inclusive ERG experiences.
