  • •Translate product/engineering roadmaps into operational plans and own team delivery, scope, and priorities.
  • •Manage day-to-day engineering delivery while balancing feature work, reliability, technical debt, and LLM cost and latency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •2+ years directly managing software engineering teams with a strong hands-on engineering background.
  • •7+ years designing, building, and shipping enterprise software products to production.
  • •Hands-on experience shipping LLM-based products (inference, structured outputs, RAG, tool calling, or agents) using Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI API, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Anthropic API, or similar.
  • •Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, microservices, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture, with experience on a major cloud provider (Azure preferred).
