Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the technical bridge between customer requirements, application activities, simulations, and core modeling-based solutions to accelerate adoption of MesoVision in Intel.
  • •Create, execute, and maintain MesoVision simulation models; analyze customer use cases and DOE activities; perform sensitivity, precision, and STD analysis; and correlate simulation outputs with customer measurements and TEM/reference data.
  • •Conduct spectra signal analysis and interpretation; monitor spectra stability and measurement integrity; perform data integrity verification and log analysis; and support root-cause and performance gap investigations.
  • •Support onsite evaluations, JEPs, and customer demonstrations, including DOE planning/execution/analysis and technical recommendations/troubleshooting.
  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration and translate customer challenges into modeling and algorithm activities, including knowledge transfer and mentoring of new TCT engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Physics and semiconductor process/device understanding.
  • •Experience creating, executing, and maintaining modeling and simulation models, including model validation and correlation with measurement/reference data.
  • •Strong signal processing and spectra/data analysis skills, including monitoring stability and conducting data integrity and log analysis.
  • •Proficiency with Python and analytical tools for analysis and reporting.
  • •Experience with statistical analysis and DOE methodologies, with strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills.
