Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and delivery of complex, customized wealth strategies for ultra-high-net-worth clients, including multi-generational, entity-level, and cross-border considerations.
  • •Serve as a senior advisor in client engagements by presenting strategies, simplifying complex concepts, and influencing decision-making alongside lead advisors.
  • •Provide RIA-specific planning expertise and partner with advisors to identify, position, and deliver wealth strategy solutions for complex planning scenarios.
  • •Own the accuracy, consistency, and quality of sophisticated client deliverables while ensuring regulatory, fiduciary, and firm policy standards are met.
  • •Create advanced planning content and presentations, improve planning processes/tools/workflows across the RIA platform, and provide informal mentorship and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 10+ years of experience in wealth planning, estate planning, or advanced financial planning in a financial services or RIA environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting complex, high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • •Professional designation (CFP, JD, CPA, or LLM) preferred.
  • •Advanced proficiency across estate, tax, investment, retirement, and insurance planning.
