Job Summary

Own and scale global B2B enterprise demand generation for ChatGPT and OpenAI products across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliate, and emerging channels. Define channel strategy for complex enterprise buying journeys, build ABM programs, and drive performance from target-account engagement through pipeline and revenue. Partner with Sales, GTM, field marketing, product marketing, marketing ops, data science, and finance, using rigorous measurement, attribution/incrementality frameworks, and AI-enabled creative and optimization workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Own global paid channel strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliate, and other channels for enterprise audiences, including planning, forecasting, budget pacing, audience design, and performance management.
•Build and scale ABM programs across priority accounts and segments, coordinating paid media with sales outreach, field marketing, executive engagement, events, and lifecycle programs.
•Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to align investment with account priorities, territories, pipeline goals, and product/solution plays.
•Optimize performance across the enterprise funnel from account engagement through qualified demand, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue using clear attribution and incrementality frameworks.
•Develop audience and messaging strategies for buying committees and enterprise purchase journey stages, and design experiments and playbooks while building AI-enabled creative, targeting, reporting, and optimization workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 239,000 - 342,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing experience with meaningful ownership of enterprise programs.
•6+ years leading paid marketing across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Affiliate at both operational and strategic levels.
•Proven track record building and scaling enterprise ABM programs that generate measurable account engagement, qualified pipeline, and revenue.
•Experience partnering closely with Sales, GTM, field marketing, product marketing, and marketing operations to plan and execute integrated campaigns.
•Deep understanding of complex B2B buying journeys, buying committees, long sales cycles, account segmentation, and sales-assisted conversion.
