Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians (Mechanics) and service personnel, including coordination and quality oversight.
  • •Use the company platform to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and diagnose issues using real-time data.
  • •Order parts and schedule repairs for both customer and company-owned rental equipment.
  • •Maintain and nurture customer relationships by ensuring satisfaction, resolving inquiries/complaints, and keeping customers updated on service improvements.
  • •Train and develop employees and maintain a safe work environment; perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle (must be at least 21).
