Incident Response Engineer - PhishGuard

Serve as the human intelligence layer for PhishGuard, identifying, tracking, and defeating email-borne threats such as BEC and vendor fraud. Monitor email threat queues, investigate customer submissions, and run proactive threat hunts to quarantine or retract malicious messages. Collaborate with Detection Engineering, PREDICT, and SIRT to refine ML models, build threat dossiers, and guide customers through DMARC enforcement and onboarding with detection rules and allow/block lists.
