•Lead and manage data center projects from startup through commissioning, ensuring timely execution.
•Develop and maintain detailed project schedules tracking milestones and deliverables.
•Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and project modifications to align with client requirements.
•Oversee integrated system testing and functional testing, providing thermal execution expertise for chilled water systems.
•Manage and mentor onsite technicians and partner with cross-functional teams while interfacing with data center customers to ensure quality and satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,406.66 - 156,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, industry training, or equivalent experience.
•Proven experience managing projects in the data center, industrial, or HVAC sectors.
•Demonstrated expertise in thermal execution, especially chilled water or water-cooling systems.
•Experience with integrated system testing, commissioning, and functional testing (preferred).
•Proficiency with project management tools and strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
