Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support to enable performance management program strategy and execution, including project leadership and participation.
  • •Research best practices, perform needs analysis, and partner on solution design and development to meet design requirements.
  • •Coordinate solution implementation and lead or partner on evaluating solution effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
  • •Create, review, and maintain global program content and materials and support global program training delivery and facilitation.
  • •Serve as a consultant or liaison to stakeholders; provide information on developmental programs and products, curate learning paths, and forecast future development needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, Human Resource Management, or related field plus five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the offered job or a related occupation, or Master’s degree plus three years.
  • •Experience using a human resource management system (HRIS).
  • •Experience with project, program, and performance management, including needs analysis, tracking execution progress, and presenting deliverables to stakeholders.
  • •Ability to inform employees of changes in human resources policies and procedures and conduct HR program analysis using HRIS.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
