Lead on-site crews and subcontractors to meet aggressive schedules, ensure safety and quality, manage logistics and documentation, and coordinate with trades to support 24/7 mission-critical AI infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and coordinate structural installations including foundations, formwork, rebar placement, concrete pouring and finishing, structural steel erection, embeds, equipment supports, and seismic/wind-resistant systems for xAI Data Centers.
•Manage and schedule structural contractors, subcontractors, and on-site crews to deliver project milestones on time and to xAI’s quality standards.
•Ensure all contractors adhere to structural scope, delivering high-integrity foundations and building frameworks for heavy electrical and mechanical loads.
•Monitor daily progress of structural construction, maintaining logs, red-line drawings, and as-built documentation for all structural elements.
•Develop and enforce aggressive construction schedules to keep projects on time and within budget.
