Job Summary

Support the Product Management team by representing customer and stakeholder needs, driving deliverables, and helping execute product strategies aligned to business goals. Measure and monitor product effectiveness, analyze customer data to uncover insights, and recommend improvements based on usability and competitive positioning. Partner with product development to plan roadmap priorities, maintain dashboards for real-time product health, and deliver critical initiatives from intake through release and go-to-market.

•Work closely with product development teams to guide scope, release content, and priority.
•Support product development activities including journey & user mapping, sprint planning and grooming, and conceptualization sessions.
•Assess products against competitors and market-leading implementations, proposing improvements grounded in usability and market position.
•Curate insights using user research, proof of concepts, and customer pilots to maintain product-market fit and competitiveness.
•Deliver critical initiatives from idea intake through deployment and release, and facilitate go-to-market activities while planning and communicating roadmap priorities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in product ownership, product design, and/or product management with a track record of results.
•High school Diploma or GED equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or computer science related field is preferred.
•Advanced ability to analyze business cases, market conditions, and customer base, using data and metrics to validate assumptions.
•Experience with agile software product development (Scrum) and understanding of market dynamics and customer/competitive analysis.
•Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across leadership levels.
