•Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations.
•Lead code reviews and define coding standards to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns.
•Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
•Mentor junior consultants and developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and capability-building initiatives.
•Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations and ensure alignment with project goals.
