Key Responsibilities

•Define and own enterprise storage architecture strategy, roadmap, and standards across SAN, NAS, object storage, and software-defined storage.
•Architect multi-site, globally distributed storage solutions with disaster recovery, business continuity, and high availability requirements.
•Lead evaluation, selection, and adoption of emerging storage technologies and modernization initiatives.
•Design complex storage solutions for enterprise workloads (databases, virtualization, containerization, HPC, AI/ML, big data) and run architecture reviews.
•Establish SLAs, performance metrics, operational KPIs, and drive storage automation/self-service using Infrastructure-as-Code.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
•3–5 years of experience in storage infrastructure with at least 3 years in architecture/design roles.
•Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale storage solutions in large, complex environments.
